I live in Katy and actively serve Harris County and surrounding counties. In addition to representing Houston business owners and residents, I have a substantial clientele built over many years in Austin, Fort Bend and Waller Counties. I have been practicing law since 1993 after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law. Before attending UT Law, I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Houston in 1990.
I engage in all levels of commercial and personal transactions and litigation, from basic to complex issues: Contracts, real estate, tax, estate-planning, probate, asset protection, LLC/entity formation and governance, property division, collections and litigation.
I have extensive experience in civil courts, including trial courts, courts of appeals and the Texas Supreme Court.
